Sean Chapple is no stranger to the challenges of leadership and team working, with over two decades experience of survival and performance at the highest level and in extreme conditions.

As a record breaking polar explorer, Sean has been leading teams in some of the world's most hostile environments. With a passion for achieving fulfilling potential and helping others unlock theirs he has been a pioneering figure in pushing the envelope of polar adventure for the inexperienced

He has led over 80 ordinary people beyond the Arctic and Antarctic Circles skiing more than 6,000km across the polar wastelands achieving a number of world firsts along the way.  Most recently he led a record breaking walk into the heart of Antarctica.  A 71-day, 2,500 kilometre journey described as the 'world’s toughest walk'.

Sean attributes his ongoing success to his team members knowing what they what and his team’s taking ownership of the journeys they embark upon.

We are delighted to have with us this evening someone who has spent a lifetime leading high performance teams as a polar explorer.

Theme Your Event

Requirements

Sean will liase direct with event planners to discuss his requirements, however as guide Sean will generaly require:

•  A computer with CD/DVD drive, USB port, sound card capable of connection to a speaker system, a graphics card for displaying PowerPoint slides, images and video clips
•  Operating platform Microsoft Vista with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007
•  Computer projector with additional USB port
•  Lectern with light
•  Projection screen
•  Speakers for a computer
•  Radio microphone system with fresh batteries
•  Controllable lighting
•  A clock available that can be seen by the speaker
